Thank you for shopping with Water Proof Rainboots! We are committed to delivering your Women’s Outdoor Boots efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders within the United States, we primarily use USPS and UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note: International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Water Proof Rainboots is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing delays for international shipments. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues that may arise.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders can only be shipped via USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@waterproofrainboots.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please also provide clear photos of the damage to the product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Restricted Countries

We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions.
